When you use bulk import tools you, maybe, don’t have product image or you want to use external image instead of inner. Usually, this happens when you import different coupons and offers. Very often, coupon feeds don’t have any product image.
So, for this, you may want to show external image, brand image or some fallback image in post. (How to add brand (store) to post)
For this, download and activate plugin
Then, go to Plugins – add new and upload this file, then activate it (RH Fallback image plugin).
Now, priority of images are next:
- If you add Discount tag in post – it has priority
- If you don’t have discount tag, theme will check if you added external url in Thumbnail fields of Post offer.
- If you don’t have Offer thumbnail, theme will check image which you added for assigned store of post.
