What is Adsense optimized layout? First of all, content area must be 728px width (for 728*90 banner). Sidebar must be 300px width (for 300*250 banner). Also padding in content must be small and layout must have block and compact view.
You can enable this width style in Theme option – General – Select Width and choose “Compact width”
