Install theme

To install this theme you must have a working last version of WordPress already installed. For information on installing the WordPress platform, please see the WordPress Codex.

Then, in your account on Envato, click on right corner with your login name and go to download page. You can download full theme package or WordPress file from Themeforest. If you download WordPress file, you can upload it in Appearance – themes – Add new.

We recommend to download full theme package.

Unzip file, you will see REHubWP-theme.zip inside, unzip it again. You will find several folders.

Folder with theme has name rehub-theme.zip, this is the file you need to install.

You can install the theme in two ways: through WordPress, or via FTP/File manager. If you have trouble installing the theme via WordPress, please proceed with installing it via FTP and you will be able to get around the issue.

If you have notice “Are you sure?” after uploading theme – this means that your hosting has limit on file size for upload, so, you can ask hoster to increase this limit (must be 11-12mb per file) or upload theme by ftp or file manager from hosting panel. Here some docs

I can not upload and install this theme, i got this error “The link you followed has expired.”. The reason is the same as above, you must increase limit of file size for uploading (ask your hoster to increase it or try to use next plugin ) or use ftp (see below), file manager of hosting

I installed theme and activated, but Rehub Framework still asks me to install theme. Why?

It’s because you unzip theme inside theme folder. So, you have “Double folder” installation, when your theme folder is placed in another theme folder. To prevent this, make sure that you have only one rehub-theme folder on site. Or Download “Installable WordPress Folder” from Themeforest and upload it on your site as is

Follow the steps below to install via WordPress.

Navigate to Appearance Themes .
Click Install Themes and hit the upload button.
Navigate to find the rehub-theme.zip file on your computer and click Install Now button.
The theme will be uploaded and installed.
Activate the newly installed theme. Go to Appearance Themes and activate the installed theme.

Follow the steps below to install via FTP.

Log into your hosting space via an FTP software
Unzip the rehub-theme.zip file and ONLY use the extracted rehub theme folder
Upload the extracted rehub theme folder into /wp-content/themes/ in your WordPress installation
Activate the newly installed theme. Go to Appearance Themes and activate the installed theme.

Go to your hosting panel and find there “File manager”. Usually, it’s in Cpanel

Open it and go to folder of your site/wp-content/themes/

Click there on Upload Icon

Upload .zip file of theme. Now, click on Reload icon and you will see that rehub-theme.zip file will be visible in your panel. Choose it and Click on Extract

Activate the newly installed theme. Go to Appearance Themes and activate the installed Rehub theme.

After installation of theme, you must activate Rehub Framework plugin. Go to Rehub – plugins and activate it

After this, you can install child themes or use just Re:Hub without child themes
