Go to Posts – All posts in admin panel. Hover mouse on post – Edit. In browser link line you will see ID

Go to Posts – Categories to get Category ID or Products – Categories (brands, etc) and hover mouse on Edit link
54 is category ID
User ID
The same logic can be used for users. Go To Users – All users and hover on Edit link
