By default, user dropdown (see how to enable our login popup and dropdown) has only avatar, name and log out. If you enable Buddypress, theme will add also link to User Profile page. If you enable Vendor Plugins, theme will add also link to vendor dashboard. You can also add link to submit form page in Theme option – User option – Select url for post submit form . Also, you can add other links in this menu. For this, create new menu in Appearance – Menus and assign it to User Logged In Menu location. All links from this menu will be added to dropdown.
